For the last seven years, Shelby has spent time between her own performance career helping young women find success on and off the stage.

She has now taken her experiences and launched The Shelby Ringdahl Collective, a premiere coaching and producing business.
As a former Miss Missouri, Top 12 Finalist at Miss America (3rd in America's Choice, Voted Best Personality by Entertainment Weekly, Top 21 Swimsuit Bodies by US Weekly), and now consultant, Shelby has over ten years of experience in the pageant industry. She spent six years in New York as a professional performer, singing coast to coast as she led various national tours and regional productions. Out of the pandemic came The Shelby Ringdahl Collective: Pageant Consulting and Production.
The collective put all of Shelby’s passions (pageants, voice, and production) under one umbrella.
Shelby is based out of St. Louis, Missouri and New York City, hopping between both as needed meeting clients in person and virtually.

Shelby is thrilled to welcome Simone Esters to The Shelby Ringdahl Collective Team as an additional consultant specializing in Paperwork, Interview, Branding, and Twirling Talents.

28 Time National Champion in Baton Twirling
Former Division 1 Featured Twirler for the University of Missouri
Graduate of The University of Missouri School of Journalism
Currently is a sales strategist in Chicago
While at Miss America, she won the DSU/Beacom College STEM Scholarship based on a written essay.
Simone took the pageant world by storm as a competitor and launched her own paperwork consulting business, By Simone. In her first year of business, she had a state titleholder, multiple Top 10 finalists, a Top Five Finalist, and two overall interview winners.
Simone is based out of Chicago, Illinois and meets clients virtually and in person!
